Back in 1989, Bob Lissner founded Lifestyle Homes with the idea of building high-quality, new homes in Reno Nevada at affordable prices.
Almost 30 years later and Lifestyle Homes still stays true to their business model. Peter and Cassadee Lissner now run the family business and continues his father’s tradition of building the best quality new homes in Reno, Nevada.

The Family Center
Nestled between serene mountain ranges, Woodland Village in Cold Springs includes a family center that offers a wide variety of services. Some of these services include:
Youth Club: This is a place where the neighborhood kids can play basketball, computer games, and get to know their neighbors.
Before & After School/Summer Vacation Programs: The Family Center provides a safe place for your children to play and learn before and after school. These programs include homework help, fitness activities, and other games.
On top of the many activities and services available for the children living in the master planned community of Woodland Village, there are some fun services for the adults as well. The Family Center has a gym where members can sign up for various group fitness classes or simply use the equipment.
Village Parks
Your children will never be bored! There are three parks located within Woodland Village that include: rock climbing walls, basketball courts, soccer fields, tennis courts, and picnic areas.
Local Schools
One worry that most parents have when moving is finding a new school for their children. Luckily, Woodland Village has three schools within a short distance! Nancy Gomes Elementary School which starts at Pre-Kindergarten and goes up to the 4th Grade. There is Cold Springs Middle School which includes the 5th-8th Grade. And lastly, North Valleys High School, which is grades 9-12.
